Sales Account Executive Position

OOS Digital has an employment opening for a Sales Account Executive for our main office. The primary function of this position is to build business relations with current and new customers, increasing business with new customers as well as maintaining current business base. This position requires someone who has demonstrated ability to develop/close new business and is very comfortable with cold calling.

Candidates should be highly self-motivated, quick thinkers, persuasive, creative and well organized.

Specific duties and responsibilities of the Sales Account Executive are as follows:

  • Seek out and call on prospective customers and sell available outdoor advertising space to help them grow their business and be more successful.
  • Provide ongoing customer service to existing advertisers in the assigned territory and renew contracts as needed.
  • Offer great customer service to new and current clients so they will choose our company over the competition and we can maintain or increase their business in the future.
  • Guide new customers through the graphic design process and work with in-house graphic art team to create effective layouts.
  • Provide sales management with updates on daily activities including cold calls, call-ins, appointments, and presentations.
  • Daily record keeping is required.
  • Communicate with billing manager on customer billing questions, new billing opportunities and overall account monitoring.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Media or agency sales experience strongly desirable.
  • 2+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong business and personal management skills.
  • Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation.
